What is rebirthing breathwork? 

Rebirthing breathwork is a form of conscious connected breathwork. This means you create a cycle of breath without pausing at the top or the bottom of each breath.

 

The difference between rebirthing breathwork and other popular styles of conscious connected breathwork is that the rebirthing method is specifically breathing in and out through the nose. This creates a more gentle and kind approach to the body & the nervous system.

Why rebirthing breathwork?

Well, for me rebirthing breathwork has had such an incredible impact in my life. It has given me the reassurance to trust in myself and given me the confidence to create a life of my dreams day after day. 

 

After practicing breathwork, I always feel more connected to myself and the world around me. It gives me more space to feel and understand my emotions. And it helps me to notice all of the small beauties of the world that often go unnoticed. 

It brings me back to myself every time.

One small step after step, breath by breath.

When & where? 

Rebirthing breathwork circles are held in person in London at House of Moon Studio, Islington.

Sessions are held once a month on a Sunday from 2pm-4pm

Soft healing magic 

I am a big believer that you don't always need to heal through the extremes. You don't always have to take yourself to the breaking point and completely burn out before being able to stop and take a breath. ​

 

YOU DONT NEED TO EARN REST!! 

There is a super power that many of us have forgotten in this hustle culture of rushing from one thing to the next, then the next and it is soft, slow, gentle healing

You are ALLOWED to move slowly, to take a deep breath and move through the world with precense and kindness to yourself 

You don't always have to be doing more, in this day & age its so bold and courageous to slow down and be okay with exactly where you are right now 

You're going to get there either way babe, you may as well soften and enjoy the journey there

My name is Tayla and I'm the passionate soul behind Path of Beauty. Im an Aussie living in London & I facilitate Rebirthing Breathwork. It absolutely lights me up whenever I hold space. Breathwork is so special to me as it's had such a profound impact on my life.

For me, breathwork has:

💞 Eased anxieties

💞 Learned to trust myself, which has given me the courage to go for my dreams

💞 Reminded myself that I don't need to be so hard on myself, life can be tough as it is without the inner shame spiral and being kind to yourself is so impactful.

 

Beyond breathwork though, I'm a bubbly 20-something who loves to spend her time dancing (either at by myself at home or at an event I'm not picky lol), outside in nature and exploring as much of the world as I can!

 

My favourite moments of all though, are those small micro moments in life, the sun on my skin, a random dog running up to you at a park or the first dive into the ocean. To me these micro moments are so important and id love to share that feeling with as many people as I possibly can through the power of self love, gratitude & breathwork.
