Join in for a FREE online rebirthing breathwork session on Friday the 21/2/25 at 6:30pm. 

 

Get your PJs on, wrap up in blankets and light your favourite candle as we slow down and take the time to reconnect to ourselves and our breath. The intention of this breathwork session is to allow ourselves time and space to cocoon in winters softness. 

To give ourselves the grace of a gentle softness.
